This prestigious list is compiled through confidential customer satisfaction surveys that rank the top twelve companies in four categories. Agile-1 ranked fourth in both the overall performance and quality of service.

HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen rankings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services; the ratings are not based on the opinion of the HRO Today staff. Feedback is collected annually through an online survey. Response data is then loaded into the HRO Today database for analysis to score each provider that has a statistically significant sample.


To determine an overall ranking, HRO Today analyzed results across three subcategories: breadth of service, deal size, and quality of service. The overall score was determined by using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance.
